• All products purchased cannot be refunded;
• Customers can exchange unused products with the original receipt (or related proof) at our store within seven days from the date of purchase. All exchanges would have to be for products of the same value or higher (excluding custom-made products); and
• Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decisions of Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory shall be final and conclusive.
