非本公司出品的維修服務

我們亦提供非本公司出品的維修服務，請注意以下事項:

• 非本公司出品的維修均需收費；
• 收費價錢以梁蘇記門市報價為準；
• 所有維修費均不設後付及退款；
• “遮骨架永久免費” 維修服務不適用於其他品牌的遮；
• 有關換布服務，價錢視乎布款，另加額外費用$150；
• 顧客確認修理遮完成後，如日後有任何損壞，本公司恕不負責﹔
• 維修費用及維修事項以「修理單」為準；
• 本公司不會負責「修理單」沒有提及的修理事項；
• 領回維修遮時必須出示「修理單」或「維修卡」；
• 若遺失「修理單」，本公司有權拒絶交出維修遮；
• 遺失「修理單」之顧客請聯絡我們作登記；
• 若遺失「維修卡」，本公司有權拒絶交出維修遮及需收取港元$30行政費用；
• 「修理單」的注意事項適用於非本公司出品維修；
• 為確保本公司產品及服務質素，謝絕來料加工；及
• 梁蘇記遮廠保留隨時更改條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，梁蘇記遮廠保留最終決定權。

We also provide repairing service for umbrellas from other brands. Please take note of the following:

• Repairing fees will be incurred for umbrellas from other brands;
• Repairing fees are subject to the quotation provided by Leung So Kee’s store;
• All repairing fees are non-refundable and not eligible for post-payment.
• “Umbrella Frame Lifetime Warranty” does not apply to the umbrellas from other brands;
• Regarding the fabric replacement service, the price depends on the fabric design and an additional fee of $150 will be charged;
• Once the customer confirms the completion of the repair work of the umbrella, our company will not be held responsible for any future damages;
• Repair fees and repair matters are based on the "Repair Form";
• Our company is not responsible for repair matters not mentioned in the "Repair Form";
• When collecting the repaired umbrella, please present the "Repair Form" or "Repair Card";
• If the "Repair Form" is lost, our company reserves the right to refuse to release the repaired umbrella;
• Customers who have lost the "Repair Form" are requested to contact us for registration;
• If the "Repair Card" is lost, our company reserves the right to refuse to release the repaired umbrella and a HKD $30 administrative fee will be charged;
• The precautions stated on the "Repair Form" apply to repairs not provided by our company;
• To ensure the quality of our company's products and services, we do not accept external materials; and
• Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decisions of Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory shall be final and conclusive.
