本地運送

  1. 凡於本網店購買滿$500，即享全香港免運費服務。這意味著當您的訂單金額達到$500或以上時，我們將為您提供免費送貨服務，覆蓋全香港地區。
  1. 產品會在訂單確認後約七個工作天內寄出。一旦您的訂單確認完成，我們將盡快處理並安排寄送。
  1. 訂造產品需要更長的時間製作，大約需要二至三個星期。如果您購買的是訂造產品，我們會提前通知您製作所需的時間並安排寄送。我們會盡力提供準確的預計製作和送貨時間。
  1. 在星期天和公眾假期，我們暫時不提供送貨服務。請考慮這些日期，並在選擇送貨日期時避開這些不可用的日期。
  1. 梁蘇記遮廠保留隨時更改運送政策的權利。在任何爭議情況下，梁蘇記遮廠將保留最終決定權。

 

海外運送：

因為燃油費上漲等種種因素，並且考慮到我們是一家小型企業，導致寄送到海外國家的運費較高。我們非常歡迎您告知我們您想訂購的產品以及運送的國家，我們將與郵遞公司聯繫，根據包裹的尺寸和重量詢問相關的運費，然後再向您提供相關的信息。

我們已經經營網店兩年多，過去我們曾經成功寄送縮骨遮和長遮到新加坡、馬來西亞和美國等地。我們對於國際運送有豐富的經驗，並且致力於確保您的包裹能夠安全且準時地送達目的地。

請您提供您想訂購的產品以及運送的國家，我們將盡快與郵遞公司聯繫，並向您提供相關的運費和預計的運送時間。我們會竭盡所能為您提供最優惠的運送選項，以確保您的購物體驗愉快且方便。

Please note the following shipping policies:

Local Shipping:

  1. Enjoy free shipping throughout Hong Kong for orders over $500 on our online store. This means that when your order amount reaches $500 or above, we will provide free delivery service covering all areas of Hong Kong.
  1. Products will be shipped within approximately seven working days after order confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, we will process it as soon as possible and arrange for delivery.
  1. Custom-made products require a longer production time, approximately two to three weeks. If you purchase a custom-made product, we will notify you in advance of the required production time and arrange for delivery. We will make every effort to provide accurate estimated production and delivery times.
  1. We do not currently offer delivery service on Sundays and public holidays. Please consider these dates and avoid selecting them as delivery dates.
  1. Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decisions of Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory shall be final and conclusive.

 

Overseas Shipping:

Due to factors such as rising fuel costs and considering that we are a small business, shipping to overseas countries can be more expensive. We welcome you to inform us of the products you wish to purchase and the destination country for shipping. We will contact the postal service to inquire about the relevant shipping fees based on the package's size and weight, and then provide you with the necessary information.

We have been operating our online store for over two years, and in the past, we have successfully shipped folding umbrellas and long umbrellas to countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States. We have extensive experience in international shipping and are committed to ensuring that your packages are delivered safely and on time.

Please provide us with the products you wish to purchase and the destination country for shipping.
