退貨及退款須知

Return and Refund Policy

 

請注意以下退貨及退款政策：

1. 所有在本網店及梁蘇記門市購買的產品均不接受退款。

2. 所有訂造產品均不接受退貨及退款。由於訂造產品是根據客戶的個別要求和尺寸製作的，因此無法重新銷售或更換給其他客戶。

3. 在購買產品後的七天內，如果您購買的產品未經使用（不包括訂造產品），您可以攜帶未使用的產品、單據或其他付款證明到梁蘇記門市進行更換。您可以更換為同等價格的其他產品，或支付差價換取價格更高的產品。請注意，更換的產品必須是未經使用且狀態良好。

4. 梁蘇記遮廠保留隨時更改退貨及退款政策的權利。在任何爭議情況下，梁蘇記遮廠將保留最終決定權。

Please take note of the following return and refund policy:

1. All products purchased from our online store and physical store are non-refundable.

2. All custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable. As custom-made products are tailored to individual requirements and measurements, they cannot be resold or exchanged for other customers.

3. Within seven days of purchase, if the product you purchased is unused (excluding custom-made products), you may bring the unused product, receipt, or other payment proof to a Leung So Kee store for an exchange. You can exchange it for another product of equal value or pay the price difference for a higher-priced product. Please note that the exchanged product must be unused and in good condition.

4. Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decisions of Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory shall be final and conclusive.
