Warranty & Repair Service

 

凡本公司出品均提供遮骨永久免費維修服務，請注意以下事項：

  • 遮頭、遮布及遮尾均需收費維修（註一）；
  • 維修費用及維修事項以「修理單」為準；
  • 所有維修費均不設後付及退款；
  • 本公司不會負責「修理單」沒有提及的修理事項；
  • 領回維修遮時必須出示「修理單」或「維修卡」；
  • 若遺失「修理單」，本公司有權拒絕交出維修遮；
  • 遺失「修理單」的顧客請聯絡我們進行登記；
  • 若遺失「維修卡」，本公司有權拒絕交出維修遮並需收取港元$30行政費用；
  • 梁蘇記遮廠保留隨時更改條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，梁蘇記遮廠保留最終決定權。


(註一) 遮頭(手柄)、遮布﹑遮尾名及其他部份收費如下﹕

  • 遮頭﹕$50起 (竹手柄﹕$60﹑ 經典手開鋼骨長遮竹手柄﹕$150﹑木拐杖手柄﹕$65﹑可調校高度拐杖手柄 ﹕ $55)
  • 遮布﹕$230起 (註二)
  • 遮尾 (縮骨遮)﹕$15 (竹尾﹕$60)
  • 遮尾 (長遮)﹕$25
  • 拐杖橡膠腳﹕$10
  • 遮帶﹕ $15
  • 遮套 (縮骨遮)﹕$40 (彈簧扣索袋遮套 ﹕ $50)
  • 黑色遮套 (長遮)﹕$60
  • 哥爾夫長遮遮套 / 經典手開鋼骨長遮﹕$80


(註二) 換布服務

換布服務的工序包括剪裁、縫紉、釘珠、紮頂及上線。步驟與製作一把全新的遮相同，唯一不同的是換布時會保留客人原有的遮骨。

以下是有關換布的價格資訊：

不同款式會有不同價格，價格從$230起。

此外，由於遮款的大小和遮骨的數量不同，所需的布料和工序也會有所不同，請參考以下資料：

  • 半徑25”或以上需額外加收$40。
  • 十條遮骨需額外加收$40。
  • 十二條遮骨需額外加收$80。

All products produced by our company provide a lifetime warranty repair service on the umbrella frame. Please take note of the following:

  • Repair fees will be charged for the handle, fabric, and end tip (Note 1).
  • Repair fees and repair matters are based on the "Repair Form".
  • All repair fees are non-refundable and not eligible for post-payment.
  • Our company is not responsible for repair matters not mentioned in the "Repair Form".
  • When collecting the repaired umbrella, please present the "Repair Form" or "Repair Card".
  • If the "Repair Form" is lost, our company reserves the right to refuse to release the repaired umbrella.
  • Customers who have lost the "Repair Form" are requested to contact us for registration.
  • If the "Repair Card" is lost, our company reserves the right to refuse to release the repaired umbrella and a HKD $30 administrative fee will be charged.
  • Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decisions of Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory shall be final and conclusive.

 

(Note 1) The charges for the handle, fabric, end tip, and other parts are as follows:

  • Handle: Starting from $50 (bamboo handle: $60, Classic Straight Umbrella bamboo handle: $150, wooden walking stick handle: $65, walking stick adjustable height handle: $55)
  • Fabric: Starting from $230 (Note 2)
  • End tip (folding umbrella): $15 (bamboo end tip: $60)
  • End tip (straight umbrella): $25
  • Walking stick rubber end tip: $10
  • Umbrella Strap: $15
  • Umbrella Bag (folding umbrella): $40 (drawstring strap umbrella bag: $50)
  • Black umbrella bag (straight umbrella): $60
  • Golf long umbrella bag / Classic Straight Umbrella: $80

 

(Note 2) Fabric Replacement Service

The fabric replacement service includes cutting, sewing, beading, end top stitching, and lining. The processes are the same as making a brand new umbrella, except that the customer's original frame will be used for fabric replacement.

Here is the pricing information for fabric replacement:

Different styles have different prices, starting from $230.

Additionally, the price may vary depending on the size of the umbrella and the number of frame ribs, as it requires different amounts of fabric and processes. Please refer to the following information:

  • An additional $40 will be charged for a radius of 25" or above.
  • An additional $40 will be charged for ten frame ribs.
  • An additional $80 will be charged for twelve frame ribs.
